I asked the organization about the content you mentioned. They said they
will try and contact someone who is more familiar with IT.

Trying to make the map visible to the organization seems to be taking a long
time.
I was wondering if the easiest thing might be to access their computer
remotely, download GeoServer in their computer, and add the layers in
GeoServer so that the layers are hosted locally for the organization. (So I
would be doing the same thing as I did in my computer).

I think the only problem might be in the future if they decide to make the
map more public. But if this happens, I don't think it will happen for some
time, thus they will have more time to consult with an IT person.

What do you think? Is it possible?
