Hi, i'm currently trying to configure a Geoserver with the following setup:
OS: CentOs 64-Bit (up to date version) Java-Version: OpenJDK 1.7.0_91 Servlet-Container: Tomcat 7.0.54 Geoserver-Version: 2.8.1 Gdal with MrSid-plugin is installed. The server boots and i can access the configuration, change the passwords and some properties, but i can't delete/create workspaces, layers or data-stores. The text and icon to delete a layer is visible, but the text is not a link as usual. The text to create sth. new (a layer for example) is visible, but when i try to save sth. the progress indicator turns endlessly. I changed the logging to developer logging, but there are no relevant Exceptions. My first thought were missing write permissions, but the user running the Tomcat has write permissions to the data-dir. Since i could change the passwords, this doesn't seem to be the solution for me. Do you have any suggestions what we could try to solve the problem?
