Markus,

does the fmis XML namespace defined in the mapping file match the namespace defined in the application schema?

Kind regards,
Ben.

Hi dear,

after doing the GEOSCIML-tutorial (http://docs.geoserver.org/stable/en/user/data/app-schema/tutorial.html) I tried to implement my own application schema to geoserver. Unfortunately I got an error when the data store is created:

Error creating data store, check the parameters. Error message: java.util.NoSuchElementException: No top level element found in schemas: {http://myserver.uni-hohenheim.de/XSD}Crop

I found similar problems (e.g. http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/App-Schema-No-top-level-element-found-in-schemas-td5150779.html), but I can not explain the behaviour yet.
The feature type in the target includes the top level element "Crop":
     ...
<element name="Crop" substitutionGroup="gml:AbstractFeature" type="fmis:CropType"/>
     ...
What else can I check?

Thank you!!!

KR
Markus
