Andrea is being a little modest for his employer GeoSolutions. The company did a lot of the RnD for hazelcast clustering and shared it as a community module to collaborate with my former employer. While we have each supported customers successful using these cluster solutions :)
I do encourage you to look at the commercial support page, or ask Andrea offline who to speak with at GeoSolutions if you are interested in support.
