We are kind of done, we just lack volunteer time to make it happen ;-)
I'm almost done on my side. Waiting for the okay from developpers for
adding @source $URL$ javadoc tag in the whole project (see previous
email), and then I would be okay for creating the tag on SVN. I can
create the ZIP files for JARs and Javadoc, but would appreciate volunter
for writting the release notes and updating the various web pages
(Sourceforge, retarget all uncompleted JIRA tasks to 2.3, etc.).
