StyledMapPane fills polygons incorrectly

StyledMapPane occasionally fills features incorrectly. For example, there are
districts layer and houses layer, both have polygon symbolizers. Sometimes
after zooming and panning both houses and districts are filled with the same
color (of districts, or of houses). This looks very much like you draw
open-ended line in Paintbrush, and then try to fill it -- the whole space
around is filled, too. Frequency of this bug seems to be proportional to the
thinness of the polygons border.
