Hi Amr, remember me? The GeoTools library is undertaking an IP reivew as part of our participation in the OSGEO incubation process. I would ask you to please read the review.txt I have placed into your module. The hsql plugin may have some license issues, based on a mysterious license included with the epsg-hsql module (that I can only assume is needed for distribution of the hsql jdbc driver).
If you have an knowledge of these mattrers (perhaps you looked into them when you started your module) please get back to me.
