Just ensure that the dependency is one-way. I am also quite fond of Measure/Units. I fear, based on what JScience tries to be, that any geospatially-dependent algorithms which use GeoTools constructs directly (rather than using GeoAPI), may cause nasty circular dependencies. This is really another argument for keeping org.geotools.nature (or similar) as an extension, so we can keep GT dependent on JScience and not JScience dependent on GT.
