Hi Martin, I have been having a few tough talks about geotools quality later (with how shall we say, concerned investors). I am +1 for the creation of the new module, however I would like to lock down conformance to our developers guide before the module is included in the nightly builds or release process. Specifically I would like to ensure we as a community offer you a code review (perhaps via IRC session late some night?), and that test coverage is met.
Andrea has also spent a lot of time working on keeping our test cases quick, while he has not yet revised the developers guide I am hoping that that we can also arrive at an acceptable testing time for the community.
