mvn deploy is still working... http://lists.refractions.net/m2/org/opengis/geoapi-nogenerics/2.1-SNAPSHOT/ --> geoapi-nogenerics-2.1-20060822.165536-6.jar using the timestamped jars seems like the path of least resistance...
