Whoa... what's going on here? I thought I fixed this by setting the location of the license to an absolute path: <licenseLocation>http://svn.geotools.org/geotools/trunk/gt/build/maven/build-configs/src/main/resources/gt2/clover.licen se</licenseLocation> If there are any licenses lying around, they should be able to be deleted (aside: clover copies the license from that url when it sets itself up). I ended up using Andrea's license, since mine way just a duplicate acquired when trying to diagnose the original problem. Going to try turning this on again, and should quickly learn why Jody turned it off.
