Thanks for the update. If I'm understanding correctly:
* A 2.4 branch would be created soon?
* Your "concurrent EPSG factory" work need to appears
in Geotools 2.4, so before the branch creation?
Also, I know I'm jumping in trouble water, but would it be conceivable to switch
the trunk to Java 5 after the creation of Geotools 2.4 branch?
