Does either GeoTools or Deegree define an interface that can be used to represent linear geometries of different types? I'd like to encapsulate some of the basic behavior of straight and curved linear geometries as part of my work on some linear referencing code. In particular I'd like to wrap different types of linear geometries in a common interface that I can suck into an AlignmentSegment class. (I will be working with JTS Geometries at the lowest level.)
