Delete + count in the same transaction against a shapefile will return a count

The count code in AbstractFeatureSource tries to use the in memory diff to fix
the count returned by the native data store, but with two issues:
- does not handle the case in which the datastore returns -1, that is, "cannot
count"
- does not check wheter the deleted features are matched by the current filter,
and thus should be removed from the count
