It's useful to be able to specify a sub-area within of a grid coverage to be
vectorized. The attached patch adds a bounds (Envelope2D) parameter to make
this possible.
Note: as written, in this patch relies on a new GridCoverage2D.worldToGrid(
Envelope2D env ) method that is included in the patch on Issue GEOT-2666.
