Ciao Andrea, quick note, we have hardware and software for windows 64 bits, we just don't have had time yet to start playing with it. About mac, we have hardware and software for it (and expertise as well :-) ) but we have NO interest atm to to the builds on that platform.
About helping, I think that the building process could be somehow automated, even thought that is not going to be super easy since we have various builds sets for each platform.
