Hi Simone; I understand we are all stressed for time. I don't think we mind building for the mac - I simply just have not had a chance to try yet. I understand there are now some build instructions.
Right now I need to get a working jre for linux - and we can do planning later. This is firefighting mode - I am just not sure when moovida's deadline is. Long term I think we could do something similar to geoserver's testing week; give us a week notice (or otherwise let us know about the release cycle) and we can try and build / test in a more orderly fashion. Reducing the build to a single script for each platform would go a long way towards making it easier to build on the different platforms.
