The existing CoverageCrop operation only performs cropping according to a
boundingbox.
The proposed patch accepts also an optional (multi)polygonal Geometry ROI.
The output coverage area will be the intersection of the source bounds, the
requested envelope and the requested ROI.
Envelope and ROI are not mutually exclusive, and at least one of them must be
supplied to the operation.
