I guess the epsg reserving that code makes sense... I think using some other
arbitrary code that is not currently reserved would be fine. I like Ben's
leet idea but it results in a code hard to remember. I guess if I had a
choice it would be 999999. I generally like that a bit better than using -1
since I find that often (like in postgis, and some other dbs') -1 is used to
say "no referecing system" or "unknown referencing system".
