Quick reminder walter: The GeoServer synchronisation community module is the
one we did last year with Andrea (well perhaps cheered from the sidelines in my
case). I would like rename this because the OGC has defined the "GSS" to define
Geospatial Synchronisation Service (wfs based; mostly for publication). But we
can take that discussion to geoserver-devel...
