I'm interested in using the H2 geotools datastore, however I would like to be able to use it with a newer version of H2. Geotools uses version 1.1.119 of H2, and the current version is 1.3.159.
In order to see what sort of issues this might create, I downloaded the geotools code base, updated the h2 version, and ran the geotools test suite. The only issues I had were with the gt-jdbc-h2 module. I tracked down the issue to the hatbox library and reported it to the hatbox site. Once the hatbox issue is resolved, would it be possible to update the geotools h2 requirement? What process is required?
