Stopping when the first rule matches is going hopefully
to be a 3 lines change instead (rule matched and stop at first rule? bail
out and start processing next feature)

Not sure what CartoDB is doing.... however, I've been working on CSS since
end of June solely in my spare time and I'm really really tired.
The bug fixing is at an all low, and I have to get back to it. Want to take
over the CSS work? Any help to close it and
get back to "normal" business would be very much appreciated.
