If jTDS really does not support SQL Server 2014, it would be a good idea to
add the option to use the Microsoft JDBC driver as its own profile, similar
to oracle. The MS SQL Server 4.1 driver has been installed into the local
maven repo on ares. I have added some updates to the sqlserver pom to
support running tests with this driver, and to update to version 4.1 here:
