Thanks Andrea, I have been focused on CITE and other activities and have
not had a chance to review your branch. I am quite excited for your
changes, each time you optimize the build we are a more productive
community.
Specifically I love the idea of seperating out a seperate build job for the
RST documentation, we do something similar right now for the geoserver
build and it results in more responsive doc changes online.
