Unless anything changes in this thread I will just indicate to the board we
are happy with the default 2,000 USD "operational" budget for the committee.

Seriously if anyone has an RnD or community building idea that we could
help nudge along with some funding please speak up as this is a good
opportunity.

Personally I am perusing "running geotools workshops at regional events"
but I do not require extra funding to do so, indeed I think I will run
those workshops when conferences add an extra "code sprint" day since those
turn into developer outreach anyways.
