Interesting... When i remove the gt-libs (and shp export function) from the project, the program size goes down to 30kb and the exceptions disappear that is why i thought it is because of gt.
well at least i can "hide" those exceptions when i export the programm into a runable jar (the errors occur only when i launch the programm in eclipse or via console).
