This is precisely what I'm planning to do right now, as soon as my
Sirf III Golux lands. (Plus, use off-the-shelf navigation for Nokias, 
such as wayfinder, etc. -- another option is Nokia 770, but it doesn't
have GSM/GRPS/UMTS, just WiFi).

Another thing I'd like to do is map GPS position fixes to cell IDs.
