The FoFRedux RSS aggregator can consume and produce GeoRSS data. It's
written in PHP. You can grab the source from the Sourceforge project
site:

http://sf.net/projects/fofredux

Specifically check out the rss.php file and the magpie RSS library.

FoFRedux can also display maps of the GeoRSS feeds (see map.php).

It's not that pretty right now, we're just got a designer to do a
full-design for the project and so we're busy putting that together.
