With the Google and Yahoo map API's we all have great ways to build web
maps. But what if we need to print them? There are two issues: legal
permission to do so, and technical capacity.

I'm curious what other people are doing for print maps. I'm working on
a monthly postal mailing: I'd like to generate a map centered on the
billing address, and then include the map in the printout. The map
needs to have "pins" at certain locations, and the locations of the pins
may change from month to month. What are my options?

Of course, the data is already mappable
