From my reading of their terms of service it would appear that as long as you have no plans to make money off of the maps it is fine to print them. If you want to make money, that's another problem altogether.

Remember, the quality will be somewhat lacking due to the 72dpi nature of the images. So if quality is an issue, you'll need to find another way.
