Thanks Bryce for the resource. "You can have them also" makes me think about the whole issue of the etiquette around online resources. Do you mean download and stick on your own server, or link to these copies because I plan to maintain them forever? There should be a quick, iconic way to signal your intentions, like the "W3C HTML 4.0" icon you use. Does anyone know if/where this issue has been discussed?
