You can find (some of the) Canadian Census admin boundaries and road network at http://www.statcan.ca/english/mapsgeo/index2.htm. Those at higher resolutions cost money to license. Files are available in shp tab gml formats.
You can find other types of freely available Canadian admin boundaries and data at http://www.geogratis.ca and http://www.geobase.ca Cheers, Peter -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Alan Keown Sent: July 10, 2007 22:06 To: [email protected] Subject: RE: [Geowanking] Looking for worldwide admin boundaries There is... at least for Australia, where none of the Government agencies release their data except under license.
