techically, it is not a map.

If you have your own data, just use OpenLayers. It is nice, good, and
if you don't like it, you can get your money back. If you don't have
your own data, and if your usage is going to be aligned with their
TOS, use Google Maps. It is widely used, has lots of examples, an
active and helpful user community, and very actively developed.

And, oh yea, get rid of the email disclaimer. Think of the goofiness
of the following --

"If you have received this information in error, please notify the
sender immediately"

Someone else committed the error, and now I am supposed to take steps
to correct it. That doesn't make any sense.

Now think of this --

"you are hereby notified that any dissemination, distribution or
copying of this communication is strictly prohibited"

That clearly demonstrates a complete lack of understanding of how the
email system works.
