Me and people who think like me. Whereas "You" is you and people who  
don't think like me.

I would like to find and work with people who think like me, and  
hopefully you will like the results.

I can't do better than that. That's one of the problems.

"works quite well" means "getting old, diseased, and dying". That  
doesn't work for me.
