Stacy and colleagues,

Australia's carbon tax on 500 largest polluters introduced last summer (after
two previous legislative attempts defeated): $23 per tonne to be raised further
China will introduce a carbon tax in 2015. (Notably, 3 out of 7 strategic areas
in their current grand 5-year plan relate to environment/sustainable
development)
