I am just awaiting clarification from one or two people before the map
is finalised. I have about 80 responses. I would like a few more if
possible. Bill has pointed out that the following countries are
indicated by the list of e-mail addresses subscribed to this list. There
is an asterix next to those countries that have yet to be represented on
the map.

USA
Whilst I would particularly like to hear from people in Slovakia,
Ireland, Malaysia and Peru, I am willing to add any other new points to
the map.
