It is likely that she has had a stroke if she has been immobile like
this for so long and is unable to stand.

You need to make sure she gets some water and is kept warm. A hot water
bottle under the tank/cage can help with the warmth. You will have to
offer water. If she will not drink any it may help to get a vet to
inject fluids.

If it is  stroke then she should start making an improvement soon. If
not then it may be that there is nothing you can do for here.
