Hi Everyone, Sorry for being off topic, but many GMLer's have asked how my niece with cancer is doing. For those that don't know about this, she is 5 years old and is battling cancer for a second time. The following is taken from an update from my parents, Kasandra is doing much better. The Chemo is starting to work....the tumor is shrinking....she is off pain medication....she is off oxygen....AND....she is beginning to eat. She has gained four pounds. She sat up all by herself unassisted on Monday in her bed. She hasn't done that in over four weeks. The have to do physical therapy on her leg because it has been effected by the tumor that was removed from her back. Her next scheduled chemo is this Thursday which is right on schedule.
