What antibiotics for gerbils?

I am making a trip to  the nearest pet store today.  (as I have said before it is over an hour away)  While there I would like to buy some antibiotics.  I do not need them now, but from what I have read some pups have problems when they are weaned, and I want to have some on hand, just in case.   What should I get and what strength?   Thank you, Janet and Liz
