M: Threadmarkers

Folks, for the thread markers to be effective (especially if anyone
decides to use them to actually filter or score their mail) then we
need to do a quick vote and reach a consensus about whether people
want them at the beginning of the subject line or the end.  I've
noticed people putting them in both places, which can be a bit
confusing.  But hey, I'm happy to see them in use at all!
