Yes. After all appearances of the rash is gone you must keep up
treatment for approximately a month. Else it will be back...
Most warmblooded animals can have ringworm...including calves
humans, dogs, cats, pigs...and can give it to each other.
[Grew up on farm, we had some cow or calf get it every few years
and would have to treat it for ages...and an aunt, they had a calf
so full of it, it was mostly bald and full of rings about 4" (10cm)
across...and one of my cousins caught it on her thigh from climbing
a fencepost that calf rubbed on....she quit treatment about the
time the ring (she got an almost complete one) disappeared and
IT CAME BACK...]
