To GML, Lisa, and Especially Donna, I was shocked to see Lisa's post referring to Donna of ABC Gerbils! I read Donna's original post and also replied to Lisa about her gerbils. I also remember offering her encouraging advise (as Donna always does) as far as her breeding experiences. I am probably one of the few people on this message board who has met Donna in person and talked at length about gerbils/gerbil care etc. She has always been helpful and courteous! Donna and I are both human Moms as well as Moms to our gerbils. I received my second pair of gerbils from her who are healthy, happy and tame! My observation of Donna is she loves Gerbils. She is responsible in there care and breeding. At no time would I ever take anything she said as offensive! I was horrified to see the nasty post directed at her and I feel bad that she has obviously been hurt by it. Not to be disrespectful to GML, but I was surprised that they allowed an obvious flame to be posted on a wonderful caring board such as this. My advise to Lisa, and anyone else with a quick temper is to evaluate what a poster is saying first and perhaps reply with a couple of questions or clarifications of the situation before turning a helping situation into a fight.
