Sorry for the post.  I usually avoid fanning flame wars, but this made me
chuckle.  They who?  Who allowed such a flame to be posted?  No one screens
messages before they are sent to the list.  All messages are directly sent
to the list.  This is an unmoderated list.  When breaches of etiquette occur
(or outright flames), individual members of the list should privately e-mail
the offending member.  If the message is truly offensive (violent or
threatening) then an e-mail to the offending member's ISP is in order.
