She is very likely dehydrated- feed some unflavored pedialyte with a
syringe or eye-dropper. Plain water will help if you don't have any
pedialyte on hand until you can get some. Continue with the KMR feeding as
often as she will take it. You could also try syringe-feeding some
applesauce for a little boost of energy. I'd also keep giving the
antibiotic- I'm assuming it's Ornacycline? Give her 1 or 2 drops directly
into her mouth twice daily. It sounds as though whatever illness she had is
lingering for some reason- it's not a genetic problem, she probably just
needs some more aggressive treatment.
