thank you so far for the suggestions I've gotten. There were quite a few that hadn't occured to me. My aunt lives in a large apartment complex, and I was thinking about asking her if she could post a notice where they have their mailboxes. She has a pair of girls from my first pair, and she says they are absolutely hilarious to watch. But I am definitely going to try some of the suggestions and see what works. so far all my little gerbiil freinds are doing well. I THINK Peaches may be pregnant, and if she is, I am assuming she's due in about a week and a half or so. I'm just keeping an eye on her. I know that some on the list have said that they've had solo moms do okay. Is there anything special I should do for her, since she's gonna be on her own with this litter? She's with her dughter now, but I am getting a male to partner with the daughter (and I'm hoping I can keep them together this time instead of separating them) and when he comes, that'll leave Peaches on her own. I don't have any other unpaired gerbs right now. My five boys have settled in nicely. It is so cute to see them all piled on top of each other. I think it is so funny sometimes looking at the way they sleep! you'd think some of those positions would be awkward or uncomfortable. I'm working on taming them. So far it semms that only one of them has daddy's sweet temperament, not that any of them are mean or anything. And Pirate and Foxy are getting less skittish since I took them out from their mom.
