Right now. That gives her some days to settle down before
she delivers.

I would. If you're worried about hiding places that are tube
shaped for her, give her a few toilet tissue roll cardboard
tubes. If nothing else she'll gnaw them up and it'll keep
her busy.

About four weeks old....unless you know she's going to
have another litter. Leave the wheel out for as long as you
know there will be small litters underfoot.
