Not to be self-righteous, but if that many animals are dying, (because of no water?? Gerbils are desert animals and can do okay for quite a while with no water, so to die from thirst is to go a LONG TIME) Lisa P should not be allowed to continue on this group. She is abusing her animals. How do 9 die in three weeks? And as they are not all gerbils and she did mention the lack of water it isn't some disease. Every gerbil is a little person and can any of you imagine how scared and thirsty and desperate it must have been, trying to lick the bars for a little moisture, or begging with its eyes. An abusive owner should not be allowed here. After reading these posts I can only snuggle little Percil and Kippy and be glad *I* am their mummy.
