I guess that depends on one's perspective. Our vet introduced us
to Ivermectin when we were working with feral cats. A 50 gm bottle
is about $35 here and the dosage for a cat is .03 ml per kg of
weight (so we are talking this bottle lasting us at least a couple
years)! It treats mites AND internal parasites quickly and
effectively (in our case, especially dealing with a wild animal :) that
you cant be close to daily.)

I have never heard of this product before readin about it here and on

Please forgive this query, I don't mean to be argumentitive, but did
you not consult with a vet before trying this? They should have
been able to tell you the safety factor involved...
