No, I inject them in between the shoulderblade with the .03 ml X
their kg in weight. It kills the mites (but doesn't get them off, you
need to clean them or out of ears or whereever they are)

Again not meaning to be argumentitive :) - but rodents are most
often the first animals tested with any drugs. Ivermectin is used in
many many vet clinics for rabbits, cats, dogs, horses, cattle,
sheep and swine. Guinnea pigs, degus, gerbils and such are
simply the next wave of animals to benefit from the product.
As for myself...none of my rodentery has had mites (tap on wood)
so I have not had to use it as yet. I do, as I said, use it on the cats
and dogs in our home and it has been used on kittens as young as
4 weeks (under vet consult) with no ill effects.
