Is she pregnant now?

Sorry, its me again! I know  I'm a pest but I'm excited! Its been about an
hour and they are still 'doing it'. Will she defiantly be pregnant since
she's checked herself several times? And if she does become pregnant is there
any certian diet I should follow or care plan?
